IberoAmerican Ministries (IAM), is a non-profit mission organization founded in 1992 that combines a unique North American/Chilean team strategy to serve spanish speaking peoples in IberoAmerica and people throughout the 10/40 Window.

IAM's global outreach began with a fledgling church in Chile, founded in 1977, and now includes nearly a dozen churches and many equipping ministries in Chile, Ecuador, Peru and Spain, with exploratory work now being done in the 10/40 Window.

IAM's outreach involves various ministries, including evangelism, leadership training, church planting, schools, feeding programs, children's ministries, music ministries, missionary recruiting, construction projects, and a two-year training program for new missionaries.
